This holistic session is great for relieving stress, tension and tiredness. We will walk the reflex zones to break down deposits and apply lymphatic techniques to reduce toxins. A relaxing session complete with calf work and a massage with 100% therapeutic essential oils. Complete with Li (fire) a hot towel compress and a spearmint crème to sooth and ground your energies. Comes with a pedistry reading.
We take a fresh and modern approach to an ancient healing modality that involves Universal Energy. This unique experience is unlike traditional treatments. We begin our session with hot towel compress of essential oils and a light head & neck massage.Light body stretching is applied along with some acupressure to the Crown Chakra Points. By walking these reflex zones we are able to clear energy blockages and flush out toxins in the body by accessing pressure points in the feet and hands. Visual cues allow us to identify where the stress, tension and toxins are holding due to emotional & physical conditions. This therapeutic touch allows for better circulation, energizes and balances specific organs.
Reiki
$40 1/2 and $60 1 hour.
Reiki stands for Universal Life Energy, a natural healing modality that supports the bodys natural ability to heal itself. Reiki energy can be felt as a wave of coolness and warmth which is soothing, penetrating and a powerful force for healing, opening, balancing, soothing and clearing. In order to channel the Reiki Energy through to the client, the energy field must be opened and attuned to that frequency by a Reiki Master. It is the awareness that dis-ease; is not separate from the body; it is the body out of balance. An excellent compliment to any Massage and Reflexology treatment!
Intuitive Tarot Readings

Readings can often be very helpful in helping you go through transitions and difficult situations in life. This ancient form of energy reading offers wonderful insight and knowledge to help guide you through your situation by accessing the subtle energies that you have transferred onto the deck of cards. Readings are often a nice compliment to any massage or holistic treatment because your energies channels are cleaner which makes the reader able to identify static and clutter from the session.
Silent Waves
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy $50 1/2 hr. $70 1 hour
This is a relaxing, light to moderate, gentle hands-on technique, designed to activate and cleanse the human fluid system. The fingers are used to stimulate its wave-like movements. The lymph system propels the lymph fluid through the body in order to transport proteins, toxins, hormones, fatty acids and immune white cells.
A wonderful to way to begin the New Year or to help with weight loss and reduce the negative side affects of colon cleansing and other detoxing rituals.
